Patty Cohen
Partner
Born in Mexico City and reared in California, Patty is fluent in Spanish and has spent much of her career working within the multi-cultural community. With a marketing degree and a bi-cultural background, Patty was at the forefront of the Hispanic marketing world, and has helped shape marketing to the Spanish-speaking community.
Her entrepreneurial background, strong communication skills, and passion for working with people led her naturally to a real estate career. In 2002, she joined Susana’s top producing team at Prudential California Realty.
Stephanie Corrigan

The newest member of the Corrigan Group, Stephanie Corrigan brings an incredible amount of energy and creativity to the group and has the pulse on the needs of the young generation. And as Susana’s daughter and a proud lifetime San Diegan, Stephanie truly has La Jolla real estate in her blood in a way that few others have!
Stephanie’s roots run deep in San Diego. She is a graduate of La Jolla Country Day School and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of San Diego.

Kimberlee brings a strong 22 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service to our team. Kimberlee's focus involves every aspect of coordinating, scheduling, managing, and marketing all active listings. She acts as a liaison between clients, agents and auxiliary service personnel to ensure efficient and productive results and is a licensed California real estate agent.
