As a result of her acknowledged work ethic, extensive experience, and market knowledge, Susana is consistently sought out by local agents as well as by out-of-area agents representing an assortment of buyers seeking properties in La Jolla. Susana has been cultivating her strong international clientele and reputation for 29 years.
Susana began her residential real estate career in 1982 and remains dedicated to serving the members of the La Jolla community and surrounding areas. In 1990, Susana became associated with Grubb & Ellis and was named Senior Marketing Consultant, and in 1996, became their first Associate Vice President. When Prudential California Realty acquired Ellis in 1997, she chose to remain with the company because she believed that the Prudential association offers substantial benefits to her clients.
Susana is continually among those at the pinnacle of production in real estate sales, and has been honored with numerous awards for her hard work and dedication. Several years ago, Susana was elected by her peers as a charter member of the "La Jolla Top Producers." She is also recognized as a member of Prudential's International Chairman's Circle with the Diamond Award and is a Certified Fine Homes Specialist for Prudential California Realty. Susana is ranked number 17 among 60,000 Prudential agents nationwide, with career sales exceeding over a billion dollars. She is originally from Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish.
